Facility Rental

Banquet Room
-$100/hour - 2 hour minimum

-$650/day - 10am - 6pm
-Additional time can be added for $100/hour
(8% sales tax will be added onto the final bill)

(Day time rental, 10am-4pm is $75/hour)

(Rental time is from the time you arrive to the time you depart.  If your event lasts longer that the agreed upon rental time, the renter will be responsible for paying the additional balance at the rate listed.  Time is charged by the hour.  Rental time is only charged by the full hour, so time will be rounded up to the next full hour.)

The basic rental fee covers to use of:
-Banquet Room, Back Porch Area & Restrooms
- (2) - eight foot rectangle tables
- (17) - 3x3 square tables
- (50) - Black Folding Chairs



(Additional Chairs and tables may be rented if needed)
-$8.50 / 8ft table
-$1.50 / chair


A deposit of $150 plus 8% sales tax is required to secure the date of your event.
Payment in full is due on or before the morning of the even.
The deposit is non refundable and will be credited to the final bill on the day of the event. 

Set Up / Clean Up
Raisin' Cane is responsible for providing the facility as is.  Any arrangement of tables and chairs is the responsibilty of the renter.  The renter is responsible for clean-up and trash removal.  A dumpster is available outside between the building and Newsome Rd.  The renter should leave the facility the way it was found.   
Alcohol and Smoking are not allowed on premises.

Renter agrees that decorations shall not be attached to the walls, existing wall decorations, ceiling fixtures, window treatments, by use of nails, tacks, staples etc.  No decorations are allowed that leave any kind of residue or holes such as : silly string, confetti or other items, either inside or outside of the facility.  Water slides, bounce houses and other inflatable play structures are not permitted.

Rented may bring in outside caterers and food.  Raisin' Cane does not provide full service catering.  Food items are available for pre-order from our Raisin' Cane/Kim's Kitchen Take & Bake menu available at  Take & Bake items can be heated by our staff for an additional $2/pan.  The renter would be responsible for set up and serving.  Outside caterers may rent the prep room for an additional fee. The prep room includes a dish washing area, prep sink and prep table.  Kitchen equipment is not available for use.

-The renter is responsible for removing anything they brought as well as trash.  The dumpster is located around the East side of the building.
-The renter is able to re-arrange any chairs and tables.  The chairs and tables should be moved back to the way they were originally set up.
-Additional tables and chairs are available in storage.  If additional tables and chairs are requested, we would need to know ahead of time so we have adequate time to retrieve them.
-It is the renters responsibilty to ensure guests stay within the designated area.  The farm is not open to the public at this time.
